Corrections and opt-out
Unclaimed profiles are generated from public sources, so getting them wrong is possible and fixing them has to be easy.
Last updated 2026-08-19The fastest fix is to claim the profile
If you control the company’s domain, claiming takes minutes and puts every fact under your control: approve what is right, edit what is wrong, delete what should never have been there. It also gets you the verified mark, which is what makes price and lead-time filters return you instead of skipping you as unknown.

Anyone can file a correction, whether or not they work for the company. Point at the fact and say what is wrong; if you can link a source, better.

Remove a profile entirely
A company can take its profile down at any time. Removal runs through the same domain check as claiming, which is what stops a competitor from removing someone else’s listing, and it is immediate once proven.
